Senior Accounting and Controlling Manager - gatesolutions

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Act as deputy to segment CFO at different forums. Support in managing various P&L’s to deliver against budget. Work with local entities to identify and analyse root cause of variances. Make financial recommendations to local finance directors and segment CFO
• Lead on all tender commercials. Provide clear financial and commercial recommendations
• Manage initiatives tracker on monthly basis, working with local entities to provide progress updates and identify bottlenecks
• Prepare/support investment committee capex request cases
• Develop meaningful budget models and projections in conjunction with the operating units
• Month end responsibilities: book transactions on SAP. Produce cost centre reports for sign off. Demonstrate key drivers of performance
• Ad-hoc tasks/projects as assigned by CFO/President

Qualifications

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree required; Business, Economics, Math or Engineering majors required.

Work Experience:

• 5 to 6 years financial experience
• Systems experience (eg SAP, BI systems)

Language / Communication Skills:

• Excellent command of both written and spoken English
• Must be able to effectively and professionally communicate
• Must have excellent written and oral communication skills
