Senior Business Consultant SAP FICO

Job Description:

Senior IT Application Consult supports application Management of all applications required to enable Finance and Controlling processes within Envista. SAP is the leading ERP system surrounded by many additional legacy applications required to enable the process execution.

Requirements:

• Provide expertise within the FICO modules (ECC and S4HANA) and integration to other SAP modules and external systems.
• Support the business during the implementation and the knowledge transfer of the business processes.
• Responsible  for SAP projects and act as SME for any other project impacting Finance processes.
• Work with business functions experts and managers to prioritize plan and implement improvements and enhancements in the supported processes and business solutions.
• Provide and supervise documentation.
• Provide first and second level support for all the issues related to the application owned. Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP Financials and Controlling to enhance the clients’ business
• Design, configuration, implementation and support of all FI/CO modules in alignment with the FICO Team Lead
•  Act as liaison with client for troubleshooting: investigates, analyses, and solves software problems and maps client business requirements, processes and objectives; develops necessary product modifications to satisfy clients' needs (Handle Day to day  production  issues  in all  FI and CO Modules globally.
• Understand, Design and Manage Financial processes.
• Change Management:
• Handle Change Requests from the business according to the Envista Change Mgmt process
• Proactively propose changes where these will represent potential improvement to the business
• Support / Training:
• Training of key users on the process and application
• Handling of support tickets
• Management of external resources with the ticketing process
• Application support for infrastractural changes and application upgrades
• Proactively drive process standardization and reduction of complexity within the application landscape and the business processes
• Following Nobel Biocare SOPs to maintain regulatory compliance and system / process validation
• Drive innovation within the application landscape and processes (simpler, better, more efficient)

Job Requirements:

Critical Knowledge and Qualifications:

• You have a university degree or equivalent based on experience
• You have at least 8 years experience in SAP FICO solutions (ECC and S4HANA)
• You have good communication, coordination and people skills and you are able to organize workshops with senior and middle management
• You are fluent in English
• You are flexible and apt to work in a continuously challenging and changing environmentStrong technical IT knowledge of supported Business Applications
• Good knowledge of other relevant business processes
• Strong analytical skills
• Can conceptualize and communicate winning propositions - making complex ideas look simple.
• Bright, ability to rapidly pick-up new technologies, propositions and business areas
• Proven business and technical IT knowledge within the area Finance/Controlling (SAP FICO all core modules – GL, AR, AP, FA, Banking, Tax etc)
• Knowledge of any of the following application/processes will be an advantage: Concur, Paymetric, VIM, Sabrix, bank integration
• Excellent knowledge of SAP FICO integration with other SAP modules (MM, SD, PP)

• Understand ABAP language and programs (including Sapscript)

• Proven experience of system configuration and implementation of SAP FICO modules
• Proven experience in supporting the SAP FICO modules
• Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment
• Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
• Preferred experience of working in a multicultural work environment
