The HXM Innovation and Transformation team helps our customers to translate their HR vision into a strategic business architecture and roadmap, that is aligned with their business goals and HR IT architecture. Our customers leverage HXM innovation and transformation services from SAP to plan their journey into the Cloud, re-think HR processes, adopt new HR leading practices, create value from HR data and define the experience journeys that matter most to their employees' needs and to meet their business goals

Expectations and Tasks

This position is an senior expert role that will focus on creating innovative Employee Experience solutions service offerings that will bring impact to current and prospective SAP SuccessFactors HXM solutions customers. This individual will be a client customer facing advisor who will drive Employee Experience (EX) advisory and delivery across the entire Talent Management area and the whole employee life cycle.

Ideal candidates for the role understand client customer needs in the world of employee feedback programs and building employee-centered design solutions. They will have experience of designing employee feedback programs within global organizations and be able to communicate industry trends at senior levels within their customers. A good understanding of SAP SuccessFactors and Qualtrics capabilities is an asset. The job incumbent will act as a problem solver with the ability to communicate effectively in an international environment as well as on C-Level with customers.

According to your experience, strengths and customer needs, you will conduct some of the following tasks:

  • Influence our customers and help them design and shape their Employee Experience (EX)experience-p Management programs for the future, for organizations that are both mature and immature in the employee survey space.
  • Conduct customer workshops to co-create with them Experience Management solutions that meet their employees' needs for the future.
  • Understand the significant industry shifts taking place in the current Talent Management landscape, employee surveys, and be able to design forward-thinking, innovative yet impactful consulting solutions together with clientscustomer.
  • Develop new innovative consulting services, and generate business with our customers, so that they can act on Employee Experience and HR Operational data (X+O).
  • Creating insights from survey data to support the customer to take the right actions to drive Experience Management forward.



Responsibilities

  • Contribute to business development activities
  • Develop and validate innovative, scalable employee feedback service offerings
  • Develop leading practices content for Employee Experience Management, and thought leadership content such as blogs, presentations or webinars
  • Provide pre- and post-sale consulting support to customers, this may include discovery and scoping calls, assessment design, program data analysis and interpretation, executive presentations, and actionable recommendations.



Qualifications

Successful candidates will possess most of the following qualifications:

  • 5+ years' experience working with customer on their employee survey programs, employee assessment programs or in an Employee Insights/Analytics function
  • A blend of agency-side experience as well as internal customer experience is ideal, although candidates from either side will be considered
  • Experience working with large and global enterprises
  • Strong writing and presentation skills
  • Consultative and relationship builder who can quickly understand customer's needs and requirements
  • Have a strong understanding of good research methodology; item design and data collection
  • Able to analyze and interpret data, and report back insights to customers
  • Advanced degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology, Behavioral Science or related field
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 40%
