Responsibilities
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand complex, ambiguous challenges and translate them into scalable data and business intelligence solutions.
- Act as a trusted advisor, providing data-driven recommendations that influence strategic decisions and drive measurable business impact.
- Design and deliver end-to-end analytics solutions, including data models, semantic layers, dashboards, and self-service reporting experiences.
- Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to define requirements, shape data architecture, and ensure high-quality data foundations for reporting and insights.
- Leverage platforms such as Microsoft Fabric, PowerBI, or related technologies to create intuitive, impactful analytics experiences for business users
- Lead the development of reporting frameworks, performance metrics, and evaluation methodologies that help the business measure outcomes and identify opportunities.
- Drive continuous improvement through automation, standardization, and innovative approaches that increase efficiency and scalability across analytics processes.
- Present insights and recommendations clearly to technical and non-technical audiences, tailoring communication to influence decisions at all levels.
- Foster strong cross-functional partnerships and promote a culture of curiosity, growth, accountability, and data-informed decision making.

Qualifications
Required/minimum qualifications
- Master's Degree in Mathematics, Analytics, Engineering, Computer Science, Marketing, Business, Economics or related field AND 3+ years experience in data analysis and reporting, business intelligence, or business and financial analysis OR Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Finance, Mathematics, Analytics, Engineering, Computer Science, Marketing, Business, Economics or related field AND 4+ years experience in data analysis and reporting, business intelligence, or business and financial analysis OR equivalent experience.
Additional or preferred qualifications

Business Analytics IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $106,400 - $203,600 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $137,600 - $222,600 per year.
