NN Insurance Hungary is currently looking to expand our dynamic Business Analyst Team with a Medior Business Analyst. This role will support squad goals and act as a liaison among stakeholders to understand the structure, policies, and operations of the organization. Additionally, the medior business analyst will recommend solutions that enable the organization to achieve its goals.
Responsibilities:
- Actively participate in Agile Scrum development team, advice the Product Owner during planning, and translate process-like description of emerging and defined demands;
- Identify and expose business opportunities and initiate re-engineering projects;
- Develop business cases and perform requirement analysis;
- Analyse and document business processes; Create Business Requirement Specification;
- Collaborate actively with System Analysts, Solution Architects;
- Create and implement standards;
- Perform requirement and cost-benefit analysis;
- Prepare decision-making materials.
Advantages:
- Hands-on BPMN modeling experience in Sparx Enterprise Architect tool;
- SQL experience;
- Familiarity with Front-end and back-end technologies;
- Experience in the Insurance market.

- University/College degree preferably in Management, Finance or IT;
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar position;
- High level of logical thinking, with the ability to synthesize and analyse information;
- Advanced negotiation skills.
