UVeye is looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our Data team
As our Business Analyst, you'll play a pivotal role in cleaning, analyzing static data, and contributing to the success of our data-driven culture.
A day in the life and how you’ll make an impact:
- Perform thorough cleaning and analysis of static data, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
- Conduct statistical and exploratory analysis to uncover patterns, trends, and key insights.
- Create insightful reports and visualizations that effectively communicate complex findings to various stakeholders.
- Work directly with stakeholders to understand their data needs and collaborate in making informed, data-driven decisions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a data / business analyst, with a proven track record of using data to drive business decisions.
- Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a proven capacity to break down complex problems and communicate clear insights.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for complex querying and data manipulation.
- Strong Python hands-on experience in data analysis and data manipulation
- Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts, data modeling, and ETL/ELT.
- Familiarity with Apache Airflow is a significant advantage.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Looker, Tableau etc.
- Experience with, or a strong desire to learn, the practical value of AI and automation tools for improving efficiency and uncovering new insights.
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Data Science, Computer Science, or Statistics.
