About the Role:
The Business Analyst (BA) plays a crucial role in the Professional Services team, acting as a trusted advisor and Subject Matter Expert (SME) for our ValGenesis software products. You'll provide hands-on support and knowledge transfer to customers throughout implementation and upgrade projects. Your primary goal is to identify the best configuration and setup to optimize the software for each client's unique business processes.
Requirements

- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Project management skills (familiarity with MS Project a plus).
- A higher education degree in a relevant field (computer science, industrial engineering, pharmaceutical technology, etc.).
- Experience with working in the Life Sciences industry a plus.
- BA experience in ValGenesis or a similar system. Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to lead project activities.
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth analysis of customer validation processes to document requirements.
- Collaborate with customers and internal teams to ensure clear and achievable requirements.
- Design and develop effective configurations tailored to each client's needs.
- Document configurations and conduct walkthroughs (Conference Room Pilots) for customer validation.
- Deliver training sessions, workshops, and demonstrations to ensure comprehensive knowledge transfer.
- Troubleshoot customer issues, document them, and work towards resolution through the ValGenesis ticketing system.
- Foster strong relationships with client SMEs and actively participate in project meetings and discussions.
- Maintain accurate timesheets and complete all mandatory training programs.
