The Opportunity
As a Senior Business Analyst you will use practices like user stories & acceptance criteria, user journeys, Business Process Map, as an hand's on and pragmatic tool to translate the user requirements into useful artefacts for the product owner and development team.
Responsibilities

• Provide Training Material (SOP & Videos).
• Lead Community of Practice (COP) Meetings.
• Support the acceptance testing of new requirements.
• Align processes & requirements with key users and process lead of other areas.
• Collect feedback from the users.
• Provide recommendation for program increments (scope, prioritization) - act as a product owner for selected applications.
• Engage with the users through multiple channels ("internal social network") to communicate related to updates, changes, best practices.

Skills and Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience on the same/similar role
• Proficiency in written and spoken English (C1 level).
• Technical Degree (Engineering, Automation, IT, Physics, Chemical,..) or similar.
• Consistent and structured approach to working under high pressure/workload.
• Ability to work independently and strong problem-solving skills.
• Effective conflict resolution skills.
• Self-learning and continuous improvement mindset.
• Training/mentor skills
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong communication skills in an multidisciplinary/international environment.
• Ability to reach audiences of all levels of a large global organization.

Preferred:

• Practical experience with engineering tools such as Aveva PI/NET, Siemens Comos, and Autodesk.
• Experience in organizational change management.
• Experience in manufacturing, engineering, or automation projects (end users in one or more of the tools in scope).
• Familiarity with agile and/or waterfall project management practices.
• Experience in GxP environment.

Salary
As a motivated employee, you should be compensated appropriately. The minimum salary for this position is €3.083,33 per month (full time), but your final remuneration package may be higher depending on your qualifications and experience.
