The Business Analyst (Mid-High Level) role elevates you to a strategic Supporter
Proven examples and confidence in all areas within the business analysis domain.  You'll leverage your extensive experience to lead projects, support business transformation initiatives, and become a trusted advisor to senior Business Analysts, team and management.
You'll be a strategic thought adviser, supporting business transformation and ensuring that IT solutions align perfectly with the organization's goals.

Responsibilities
Strategic Business Analysis Support:
You'll take the lead on business analysis initiatives and offer support and advice on defining project scope, leading requirement gathering efforts, and ensuring alignment with overall business strategy. Able be aware and advice on internal teams time / prirotires
Solution Architect Expertise:
Go beyond problem-solving.  You'll design and architect optimal solutions, potentially involving new technologies or process re-engineering.
Driving Business Transformation:
You'll play a pivotal role in supporting the business transformation initiatives, analyzing current state processes, identifying areas for improvement, and recommending solutions to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
Staying Ahead of the Curve:
You'll continuously stay abreast of emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in business analysis to ensure your recommendations are innovative and future-proof.
Documentation Master:
You'll create and maintain comprehensive and up-to-date documentation, including requirements specifications, user stories, process maps, and project plans.
Business Process Improvement:
You'll leverage your understanding of business processes to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies for optimization.
Stakeholder Management:
You'll effectively manage stakeholder relationships, ensuring alignment, addressing concerns, and keeping everyone informed throughout the project lifecycle.

Bachelor’s degree (B.S/B.A) from four-college or university and 5 to 8 years’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Minimum of five years proven experience including handling medium to high level projects

Ability to effectively manage multiple work streams
Ability to forge strong relationships with business stakeholders and colleagues
Business applications knowledge including MS Office Word, Excel, Powerpoint or Google -Suite Doc, Sheets, Slides

Experience with project and work management software including Atlassian toolset (Jira, Confluence, etc)
