The RoleThe Senior Business Analyst role (or Program Manager) within Compliance Platform Strategy is crucial in enabling Corporate Services Technology (CST) to continuously modernize, consolidate and digitize technology solutions and provide enhanced user experience to Fidelity associates! This role will analyze complex business components to identify operational, financial, technological or improvement opportunities. They will serve as a leader and liaison between cross-functional teams.
The Expertise and Skills You BringThe Senior Business Analyst (or Program Manager) role provides an outstanding opportunity to develop a broad and deep understanding of the Compliance businesses! This role requires partnership and close collaboration with project teams to drive requirements gathering, in-depth end-user testing, collect feedback and incorporate recommendations into future requirements releases. You will ensure solutions meet the business needs and requirements, while maintaining relationships with various partners.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 5 years of experience.
Ability to analyze and document business processes and complex test cases.
Update, implement and maintain processes and procedures.
Shown experience in creating and analyzing workflows.
Gather information from meetings with partners and produce informative reports.
Develop and deliver clear and concise written and verbal communications.

The Compliance Platform Strategy team facilitates the implementation, transformation, and maintenance of compliance systems to meet the firm's regulatory obligations, reduce customer friction, and build a digital compliance platform for the future. Our team is made up of analysts and program managers that work closely with CST to ensure they have a solid understanding of Surveillance, Operations, Compliance, Anti-Money Laundering and Fraud Investigations, and Digital Asset's current and future needs.
Fidelity’s Onsite Working Model
Fidelity is transitioning to a full-time onsite working model through a phased rollout across regions and roles. Currently, some roles and locations require 100% onsite presence, while others require less. Onsite expectations are likely to evolve as the rollout continues. This transition does not apply to fully remote roles.
