Primary focus is supporting the development of Multi-Media distribution solutions and optimizing service delivery in digital media asset management and video streaming platforms.
Collaborates with stakeholders and users to synthesize, articulate, and document business and system requirements for multimedia solutions. Performs data analysis, defines, and documents business requirements, translates business requirements to technical/engineering specifications, acceptance criteria, user experience requirements and system validation using Agile and Lean frameworks, while considering the complete technical and non-technical solution.
- Proven experience in cross-functional teams serving as Business analyst and/or Scrum Master on daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and demos.
- Assesses and defines problems through root cause analysis and proactively brings solutions to the table.
- Responsible for developing reporting and analytical solutions to support practice management, including dashboards, standard and ad hoc reports, and custom tools and analyses.
- Responsible for delivering actionable insights through analytics, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Denodo)
This position is a combination of remote and on-site work; individual must live within a 100 mile driving distance to the Rochester Mayo Clinic campus.

QualificationsBachelor's degree and 6 years experience in business analysis, business administration, engineering, information science, health or science-related field. Master’s and 4 years experience in business analysis, business administration, engineering, information science, health or science-related field preferred. Competent with data management, analysis and visualization tools including but not limited to Excel, SQL, Tableau. Working knowledge of agile and scrum methodologies.
CBAP Certified Business Analysis Professional, CCBA Certification of Competency in Business Analysis, or PMI-PBA Professional in Business Analysis preferred.
