Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a (Senior) Business Analyst – Sales & Pursuits to support sales excellence and client pursuit activities across the Asia Pacific (APAC) region. Reporting to the Head of Sales Data & Analytics, this role combines research, data analysis, market intelligence, sales enablement, and strategic account support to help sales teams identify opportunities, strengthen client relationships, and improve win rates. The position works closely with Sales Enablement, Pursuits, Business Development Services (BDS), Marketing, and Business Development teams to deliver actionable insights, optimize processes, and support strategic growth initiatives.Job Description
About The Role:
As a (Senior) Business Analyst – Sales & Pursuits, you will play a critical role in helping sales leaders and pursuit teams make informed, data-driven decisions. You will be responsible for developing client intelligence, analyzing market and competitor trends, supporting strategic account planning, and enhancing sales processes through reporting and analytics.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing client intelligence reports and research packs to support bid strategies and client engagement.
- Conducting market, competitor, and portfolio analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Supporting sales pipeline management and ensuring alignment with strategic priorities.
- Creating dashboards, reports, and analytics using tools such as Salesforce, Power BI, and Excel.
- Building and maintaining sales enablement resources, including playbooks, templates, and pursuit libraries.
- Supporting key account initiatives through insights, reporting, and account planning.
- Translating complex data into clear, compelling presentations and business recommendations.
- Identifying best practices, process improvements, and innovative approaches to enhance sales effectiveness.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams including Sales Enablement, Marketing, Branding, and Organic Growth teams.
- Maintaining documentation, governance materials, and knowledge repositories to support continuous improvement.
For Senior Analysts, additional responsibilities include supporting project management activities, mentoring junior team members, and contributing to larger sales enablement and pursuit initiatives.

- Senior Analyst: 4-7 years of experience in sales analytics, pursuit support, account strategy, or sales enablement.
- Experience within professional services, consulting, real estate, or a related industry is advantageous.
- For Senior Analysts, experience leading projects and mentoring junior colleagues is highly valued.
