- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze complex requirements.
- Conduct requirement elicitation workshops and stakeholder interviews.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories.
- Develop and maintain BRDs, FRDs, and process maps.
- Analyze and understand manufacturing operations and customer service processes.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams for successful solution delivery.
- Support Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning.

- Understanding of CRM workflows, case management, and service scheduling.
- Ability to translate business requirements into functional CRM solutions.
- Experience in Manufacturing digital transformation initiatives is preferred.
- Relevant certifications such as CBAP, Agile BA, or Microsoft Dynamics 365 Fundamentals.
