Responsibilities
· Developed business cases, impact assessments, and feasibility analyses to support strategic initiatives, process transformation, and investment decisions.
· Evaluated business operating models and performance metrics to identify opportunities for productivity gains, cost savings, and enhanced resource utilization.
· Conducted AS-IS process assessments and workforce capacity analysis across business units, identifying process inefficiencies and headcount optimization opportunities to design TO-BE processes that improved productivity, operational efficiency, and service delivery.
· Evaluating a business’s operations/models to analyze their cost, savings, productivity, and efficiency.
· Conducted end-to-end business process assessments, identifying operational bottlenecks, process inefficiencies, and cost optimization opportunities through process mapping, gap analysis, and root cause analysis.
· Collaborated with Finance and business leadership to support annual budgeting, financial forecasting, and long-range planning by providing analytical insights and scenario modeling.
· Led initiatives to standardize billing methodologies and operational procedures across business units, ensuring compliance with financial, tax, and regulatory requirements while improving process efficiency.
· Prepare ad-hoc financial analyses and reports as needed to support decision-making.
· Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions.
· Helping to develop project plans and ensuring their timely completion.

Experience
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
3–4 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within finance, accounting, or shared services environments.
3–4 years of experience delivering business analysis, process improvement, or transformation projects within one or more Global Capability Centres (GCCs).
Strong understanding of Global Capability Centre operating models, shared services, and cross-functional business processes.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, PivotTables, data analysis) and Microsoft PowerPoint for reporting and executive presentations.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into actionable solutions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience collaborating with global and cross-functional teams.
Required Education
· Bachelor’s degree in finance (B. Com (Pass/Hons), Accounting, or a related field along with MBA Finance /CA
