The Senior Business Analyst is responsible for leading strategic business analysis activities, enabling business transformation, and ensuring alignment between operational needs and technology solutions. The role drives business understanding, functional ownership, delivery quality, and cross-functional coordination across complex initiatives.
Duties
- Lead complex business analysis activities across strategic and cross-functional initiatives.
- Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions, stakeholder alignment meetings, and backlog prioritization activities.
- Drive end-to-end requirements definition, functional solution alignment, and quality validation.
- Support Product Owners, PMs, and business leaders in process evolution and initiative definition.
- Enable adoption of AI-enabled delivery practices, automation opportunities, and productivity tools.
- Mentor junior Business Analysts and contribute to continuous improvement of BA standards and practices.
- Coordinate with QA, PMO, developers, and business stakeholders to ensure integrated and scalable solutions.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business, Engineering, or related field
Advanced proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, and Agile methodologies Experience leading workshops and cross-functional initiatives
Experience
5-8 + years of relevant business analyst experience in the IT sector often including leadership roles
