Halo Media is on the lookout for a Senior Business Analyst to join our fully remote team in India. In this role, you will play a key part in the development and delivery of innovative digital solutions that align with our clients' needs and business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze business processes to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into functional and technical requirements.
- Lead workshops and meetings to gather requirements, facilitate discussions, and encourage stakeholder engagement.
- Work closely with development teams to ensure that requirements are understood and implemented correctly.
- Validate solutions and ensure they meet business requirements and high-quality standards.
- Develop detailed documentation, including business requirements, use cases, and process flows.
- Monitor project progress and assist in addressing any issues that arise during implementation.
- Experience: Minimum of 7 years in a Business Analyst role with a focus on digital products and services.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in gathering requirements and tools such as JIRA and Confluence; familiarity with Agile methodologies.
- Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving capabilities and the ability to quantify and analyze data effectively.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly across diverse teams.
- Teamwork: Proven ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams in a remote setting.
- Adaptability: Self-motivated and adaptable to changing priorities and requirements.
