Role Overview:
The Senior Business Analyst supports systems
onboarding, administration, and AI initiatives. The role will work closely with
business and technology teams to gather requirements, document processes,
support system transitions, and help assess and coordinate new AI use cases.
What We’re Looking For:
We’re looking for a Senior Business Analyst
with strong experience in Microsoft Dynamics, AI initiatives, and business
requirements gathering. The ideal candidate has a good understanding of
accounting and ERP systems, with experience in documentation, system
administration, process improvement, and working with stakeholders across
different teams.
You should be a strong communicator,
detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working across both business and
technology functions. Experience with Copilot, Microsoft Foundry, Fabric, Jira,
and Confluence is highly desirable, while property industry experience is a
plus.

What You’ll Be Working On:
- Existing
systems transfer of system admin oversight
Work with the Corporate and Operations team
members to gather all required details and specs to allow for a smooth
transition to the S&A team, including SOP documentation, Confluence
updates, and coordination of any new Jira and form set ups
- New
systems transfer of system admin oversight
Support the S&A team for the onboarding
set up and system admin for new systems that are planned during the next couple
of years. This is likely to include
Microsoft Dynamics for the Corporate Finance team.
- AI
Use Case capture and business coordination
Review new and existing AI Use Cases on an
ongoing basis, assessing and documenting requests in a timely manner, working
with the AI team. Interpreting the
nature of the case and initial response, working to defined SLAs. Monthly status reporting.
- Touch
base and engaging with the Head of AI as well as Stakeholders from the
depth and breadth of the business.

will involve engaging with users and walking through to document business
functional and non-functional requirements.
