As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a key role in shaping and improving Retail & Corporate customer acquisition processes. You will work across business and technology teams to define business requirements, optimize processes, support successful delivery and ensure that customer and regulatory needs are met.

What Will You Do:
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration to analyze, document, and govern end-to-end business requirements and procedures for Retail and Corporate customer acquisition and activation

  • Ensure data quality and governance, enabling reliable and consistent customer acquisition and activation operations; provide user training and guidance

  • Optimize customer acquisition workflows by identifying simplification opportunities and evaluating new onboarding technologies and enhancements

  • Act as a senior Business Analyst and proxy Product Owner; manage JIRA boards, dashboards, and reporting to track delivery progress and improvements

  • Engage stakeholders to validate needs and requirements, and coordinate UAT and hypercare for smooth deployment

  • Proactively identify system improvements while promoting risk and compliance principles throughout development and customer acquisition and activation

  • Proven experience gathering, reviewing, analyzing, and structuring requirements from subject matter experts in written form

  • Ability to present complex information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders in structured verbal and written form

  • Experience as a business analyst or project manager in IT project implementation

  • Proven techniques for eliciting and defining functional and non-functional requirements

  • Awareness of IT services and operations

  • Knowledge of banking business in Baltics countries in general

  • Initiative and responsibility; strong team player; self-management and problem-solving mindset

  • Accuracy and attention to details; responsiveness and hands-on approach

  • Daily banking products and processes knowledge

  • Fluent English and Lithuanian are required in spoken and written communication due to work across the Pan-Baltic level
