Qualifications and Certifications:
- Education:
- MBA / B.Tech / BE / M.Tech / ME / PhD in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, with a consistently strong academic record.
- Certifications: Professional certifications are strongly preferred and considered a key differentiator for this position. Candidates should hold one or more of the following:
- CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) / CCBA / PMP
- ITIL Foundation (or higher)
- TOGAF 9 or above / Zachman Framework
- Diploma or Certification in Business Analysis / System Design
- COBIT 5
- Professional Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, including participation in at least two successfully delivered IT projects.
- Proven experience preparing key project documentation such as SRS, FRD, and RTM.
- At least 5 years of prior experience in complex IT projects before assuming a Business Analyst role.
- Technical and Analytical Skills:
- Proficiency in business process modeling (UML, BPMN).
- Working knowledge of tools such as MS Visio, MS Office, and Miro.
