About the Team
The Finance Transformation Testing and Share Support team serves as a force multiplier within the Finance Transformation organization. By combining deep financial expertise with agile execution capacity, the team ensures Finance can scale seamlessly during critical initiatives, transformation programs, and high-volume periods.About the Role
The Senior Business Analyst will drive programs across Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Revenue Accounting, and broader Finance Operations, with a strong emphasis on system enablement, integration, and automation. Experience with Workday Financials is preferred, as this role provides subject matter expertise across multiple workflows and integrations that support global finance operations. In addition to supporting large-scale transformation programs, this role flexes into staff augmentation and operational support during periods of high demand — ensuring execution continuity, compliance, and accuracy across finance processes. The Senior Business Analyst will also play a key role in mentoring and guiding junior team members, helping build analytical and functional capability across the transformation team.
Key Responsibilities:
Requirements & Process Analysis
Partner with Finance and cross-functional stakeholders to document and validate business requirements across core processes (Revenue, Billings, P2P, and Record-to-Report).
Lead end-to-end process design reviews, identifying optimization and automation opportunities across multiple systems.
Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications for Product and Technology partners.
Evaluate system enhancements and integration needs across Workday, Snowflake, and other enterprise applications.
Testing & Readiness
Lead user acceptance testing (UAT) for major finance systems, integrations, and product enhancements.
Develop and execute test plans, scenarios, and documentation with input from subject matter experts.
Coordinate readiness and cutover activities during high-volume and go-live periods (month-end, quarter-end, year-end).
Execution & Delivery Support
Provide hands-on operational support during surge periods, acting as a bridge between transformation and steady-state operations.
Support system cutovers, data migrations, and integration testing during large program deployments (e.g., ERP, billing, or data platform initiatives).
Ensure compliance, accuracy, and completeness of financial data flow across Revenue, Billings, and P2P processes.
Collaborate during M&A integrations, system rollouts, and process harmonization efforts.
Collaboration, Leadership & Mentorship
Serve as a trusted advisor to Finance leadership, offering actionable insights and solutions to process and system challenges.
Support program governance by tracking dependencies, risks, and business impacts.
Partner closely with Product, Technology, and Finance Transformation teams to ensure alignment and transparent communication.
Mentor junior analysts and team members, providing guidance on business analysis practices, stakeholder management, and system/process understanding.
Contribute to developing team playbooks, templates, and best practices to enhance delivery quality and consistency.

Our Approach to Flexible Work
With Flex Work, we’re combining the best of both worlds: in-person time and remote. Our approach enables our teams to deepen connections, maintain a strong community, and do their best work. We know that flexibility can take shape in many ways, so rather than a number of required days in-office each week, we simply spend at least half (50%) of our time each quarter in the office or in the field with our customers, prospects, and partners (depending on role). This means you'll have the freedom to create a flexible schedule that caters to your business, team, and personal needs, while being intentional to make the most of time spent together. Those in our remote "home office" roles also have the opportunity to come together in our offices for important moments that matter.
