The Role

AppsFlyer is looking for a Senior Brand & UI Designer to join our dynamic brand team and help shape and elevate the company’s brand identity. In this role, you’ll bridge brand design, digital experience, and innovation, crafting compelling, high-quality visuals and intuitive user experiences that reflect our brand across multiple channels.
You’ll collaborate closely with creative, product, and marketing teams to develop brand assets, campaigns, and digital experiences that resonate with our audience and reinforce our brand strategic vision. You’ll take on complex design challenges combining creativity, design systems thinking, and emerging AI tools, to deliver work that is both visually stunning and strategically effective. All the work is done on a large scale. 

What You’ll Do
  • Conceptualize and execute creative ideas that push our brand forward while maintaining consistency and clarity.
  • Lead the design and execution of brand and digital assets, including marketing campaigns, microsites, web pages, event branding, presentations, and social media visuals.
  • Design intuitive, visually engaging UI experiences for landing pages, campaign sites, and digital touchpoints, optimizing for both aesthetics and usability together with working, updating and maintaining a design system on Figma.
  • Develop and maintain a consistent visual language across all brand and product touchpoints, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams - including product marketing, growth, content, and product design, to create cohesive storytelling through design.
  • Leverage Generative AI and design automation tools (e.g. Midjourney, Firefly, ChatGPT, Runway or Figma AI) to accelerate workflows, spark creativity, and prototype design concepts.
  • Conduct user-centered design exploration, including wireframes, prototypes, and visual systems for digital campaigns.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, design best practices, UX/UI innovations, and emerging technologies to continually elevate creative output.
What You Bring
  • 4+ years of experience in brand and digital design, either in-house at a leading company or at a top-tier agency.
  • Experience in SaaS or B2B tech marketing
  • A strong portfolio showcasing exceptional branding, digital, and UI/UX work across various mediums and platforms.
  • Deep understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, visual hierarchy, and interaction design.
  • Proven experience designing and optimizing web and campaign experiences (e.g., landing pages, microsites, interactive assets).
  • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and familiarity with design system management.
  • Experience using AI-powered design tools for concepting, image generation, motion design, or creative ideation.
  • Strong conceptual thinking, problem-solving, and the ability to translate strategy into compelling visual and interactive solutions.
  • A collaborative mindset and excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain design rationale to the stakeholders.
