We are looking for a Senior Brand Manager to join the Brand, Content and Creative Team at Vonage. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the creation of digital creatives and ensuring that they are executed to the highest standard, while maintaining brand consistency. You will also identify and track key performance metrics, adjust brand strategies as necessary, and manage budgets to achieve marketing objectives. 

To be successful, you will be creative, innovative, and have exceptional project management and brand copywriting skills. You thrive in collaborative environments, enjoy working with teams across the company, and know how to influence cross-functional teams.

In this role, you’ll:

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders across brand, demand generation, social, and various business units to ensure a consistent brand voice and approach for all digital channels.
  • Leverage your proficiency in writing, integrated marketing communications, and copywriting skills to develop compelling messaging and content across various channels. Ensure brand consistency and adherence to messaging and brand guidelines.
  •  Primary liaison with media agency to measure and report on the efficacy of brand initiatives and OKRs using website metrics (adobe analytics experience required) and reporting on bi-weekly scorecards
  • Identify areas of opportunity for brand growth and suggest new strategies and tactics for brand execution
  • Manage the brand budget to maximize the return on investment

What you’ll bring:

Required

  • 6-8 years experience in brand management or related marketing field
  • Exceptional display ad and script copywriting skills required
  • Strong time and project management skills, monday.com experience preferred

  • Creativity, innovation, and a data-driven mindset
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate and work cross-functionally effectively
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem solving skills
  • Ability to deal with short-term priority changes while maintaining a long-term perspective on department and company objectives.
  • Work virtually with teams spread across North America, EMEA, and APAC

Where you will work:

This position offers a hybrid work arrangement based out of our New Jersey office. We are also open to considering fully remote candidates located within the USA, specifically in Eastern and Central time zones.
