Senior Brand Manager – TENA (Continence Care)

If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! We are seeking a talented and driven Senior Brand Manager to join the Continence Care team and lead the TENA brand across the Nordic and Baltic countries. The Continence Care category sits within the Personal Care Business Unit, alongside FemCare (Libresse) and Baby Care (Libero).

About this role

In this role, you will lead the strategic TENA brand agenda across the Nordics and Baltics and play a key role in shaping innovation, product assortment, marketing communication, and media within Continence Care. You will hold overall responsibility for the brand in the region, developing strategies and plans aligned with global guidelines and marketing priorities. Together with the Marketing Manager, you will drive prioritisation, investment decisions, and strategic direction, while ensuring strong execution through the wider commercial team and in close collaboration with Brand Managers. You will work cross-functionally with global and regional stakeholders across communication, innovation, product development, customer marketing, and sales.

The position can be based in Sweden, Denmark, Finland or Norway and reports to the Marketing Manager located in the UK.

What you will do
  • Lead regional brand strategy and annual planning, ensuring alignment with global priorities and local execution.

  • Own brand P&L drivers, including A&P investment, pricing, and portfolio strategy.

  • Drive profitable growth and market share development across the region.

  • Define strategic market priorities, focusing on key growth drivers.

  • Lead innovation strategy and launches, ensuring strong business cases and execution.

  • Provide direction on assortment, pricing, and portfolio optimization.

  • Oversee campaign strategy and performance tracking, ensuring effectiveness and consistency.

  • Act as the main strategic interface with global teams, influencing brand strategy and toolkits.

  • Plan and optimize media and digital strategy.

  • Ensure strong cross-functional alignment and execution across Marketing, Sales, and other key stakeholders.

  • Analyze financial reports and define action plans.  

  • Consumer focus: Analyze market and brand performance and recommend corrective actions based on consumer/customer expectations. Collect consumer, brand and product insights.

  • Proactively suggest new initiatives and contribute to category growth. 

  • Coach and guide Brand Managers and cross-functional teams (where applicable).

Who You Are

You think strategically and navigate complexity with confidence, maintaining a clear focus on priorities and growth drivers. You combine analytical and decision-making capabilities with a commercial and consumer-focused mindset, translating insights into clear business impact. You are a collaborative and results-driven individual who drives alignment and ensures execution. With a structured and solution-oriented approach, you take ownership of outcomes while continuously learning and adapting in a dynamic, multi-market environment. Additionally, you have:

  • University degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent.

  • Extensive experience in brand marketing, ideally within FMCG or consumer goods.

  • Experience working in cross-functional and/or regional or global environments.

  • Fluency in English and at least one Nordic language.
