Who We Are
moomoo is an investment platform of Futu Holdings (Nasdaq: FUTU) — a technology-driven brokerage serving millions of retail investors across the Hongkong, US, Singapore, Malaysia, Australia, New Zealand, Japan and Canada. As we enter the Saudi Arabian market, we are not simply localizing a product. We are building a brand from the ground up in one of the world's fastest-growing capital markets, backed by Vision 2030's ambition to raise Saudi retail investor participation.
This is a rare opportunity to be the person who defines what moomoo means to Saudi investors — before anyone else does.
The Role
We are looking for a Senior Brand Manager who operates at the intersection of long-term brand building and commercial growth.
You will be moomoo's brand architect in Saudi Arabia — owning the positioning, the narrative, the visual identity, and the cultural credibility that converts brand awareness into investor trust, and investor trust into business results.
The right person holds two things simultaneously: the patience to build a brand that compounds over years, and the urgency to make this quarter's numbers move. Preferably — you are an investor yourself. You understand what it feels like to open a brokerage account for the first time, to watch a position move, to make a decision under uncertainty.
What You Will Own
- Brand Positioning & User Mindset
- Define moomoo's brand positioning in the Saudi market — who we are for, what we stand for, and why that matters to a Saudi investor
- Build a deep, empathetic understanding of Saudi retail investors: their financial aspirations, media habits, trust signals, and cultural reference points
- Translate moomoo's product strengths into a locally resonant brand promise, in both Arabic and English
- Brand–Growth Integration
- Partner with Growth, Product, and Business Development to ensure brand strategy directly supports user acquisition, activation, and retention goals
- Set and own brand KPIs (awareness, recall, share of voice, brand equity) alongside commercial KPIs — accountable to both
- Identify where brand investment creates the highest commercial leverage; make the case for resource prioritization with data
- Brand Asset Management & Consistency
- Establish and govern moomoo's Saudi brand identity system: tone of voice, visual standards, content principles — in Arabic and English
- Ensure brand consistency across every touchpoint: app, social, OOH, PR, partnerships, events, and customer communications
- Content Judgment & Integrated Marketing
- Lead integrated brand campaigns with a strong editorial and aesthetic point of view
- Commission and direct creative output (copy, design, video) — you don't need to produce it, but you need to know when it's right and when it's not
- Oversee localization of global campaigns to ensure cultural authenticity, not just translation
- Investor Empathy & Financial Communication
- Deeply understand the psychology of Saudi retail investors — first-time investors, young professionals, active traders
- Translate complex financial products into compelling, accessible brand narratives that build confidence, not confusion
- Ensure all brand communications reflect Islamic finance principles and CMA regulatory requirements
- Cross-Cultural Collaboration & Organizational Drive
- Work closely with moomoo's regional and global teams based in Singapore, Hong Kong, and China — bridging local market insight with global brand direction
- Navigate the fast-moving, iterative decision-making culture typical of Chinese internet companies: responsive communication, short feedback loops, high execution velocity
- Manage external agencies, creative partners, and media vendors; hold them to brand standards and timelines
- Build and lead the local brand team as the Saudi operation scales
Requirements
Who You Are
o Saudi national · Native Arabic speaker · Professional-level English (written and spoken)
o 5+ years in brand management, marketing strategy, or integrated communications
o Background in financial services, fintech, or a high-trust consumer brand — investment product experience is a strong advantage
o Active investor yourself, with personal experience in equities — US stock market familiarity strongly preferred. You don't just market to investors; you think like one.
· Your working style
o You have worked in or closely with a Chinese technology or internet company — this will be a strong advantage. You understand the pace, the communication directness, the expectation of fast iteration, and the ambition.
o You are energized, not frustrated, by the dynamic between a fast-moving HQ and a market-building local team.
o Low ego. You care more about the brand winning than about being credited for the win. You take feedback well and give it clearly.
o Lifelong learner. The investment industry, the Saudi market, and the competitive landscape are all moving fast. You read, you stay curious, you update your views when the evidence changes.
· Hard Skills
o Brand strategy and positioning development

· Soft Skills & Mindset
o Long-term brand conviction paired with short-term commercial accountability
o Strong aesthetic sensibility with a clear point of view
o Cross-functional influence without formal authority
o Structured thinker who moves fast without losing brand coherence
o Comfortable with ambiguity, limited resources, and high-stakes decisions in a market-entry environment
· Local Market Knowledge

o Familiarity with CMA and SAMA guidelines as they relate to financial marketing
o Understanding of Vision 2030's capital market agenda and how it shapes consumer financial behavior
