Job Description:
The Category Delivery role at Band 2 level contributes to and executes strategies within the team or organization. The professional in this role will have a well-defined focus on one or more brands, channels, lines, categories, or team/organization with clearly defined objectives. This role may include some work content and deliverables typically accomplished by another function.

Job Qualifications
• MBA from a Tier 1 business school
• Prior experience in brand management, marketing or related roles is preferred
• Strong understanding of brand strategy, positioning, and consumer behavior
• Comfortable working with and leveraging social media platforms for brand growth
• Ability to translate brand vision into effective campaigns and initiatives
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze campaign performance and derive insights
• Creative thinking with a strong eye for detail and brand consistency
