THE ROLE:

As a Senior Brand Designer at FloSports, you’ll play a key role in shaping how our brand shows up across every channel, from high-impact marketing campaigns to internal communications that rally our teams. You’ll partner closely with Creative, Marketing, and Product teams to build a brand that sports fans love and recognize instantly.

We’re looking for someone who brings hands-on craft, a systems-driven mindset, and a strategic point of view. This role will help define our visual identity, elevate how our stories are told, and create premium content that pushes the brand and the company forward.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Brainstorm, concept, and present bold, effective creative that moves the brand forward and drives measurable results.

  • Create strategic design solutions across email, social, paid media, web, landing pages, broadcast graphics, and more.

  • Build and maintain brand consistency while flexing across multiple channels and audiences.

  • Elevate craft through thoughtful layout, typography, motion, and storytelling, delivering modern, polished design every time.

  • Partner closely with the Creative, Growth, Content, and Production teams to execute, scale, and optimize marketing efforts.

  • Improve team workflows, tools, templates, and operational systems to streamline production and raise overall quality.

  • Stay plugged into sports, design, tech, and content trends, bringing forward fresh ideas and competitive insights.

  • Navigate fast-paced situations with calm, clarity, and a solutions-first mindset.

  • Support, motivate, and mentor junior designers by modeling high creative standards, curiosity, and continuous learning.

  • Prepare pixel-perfect files, maintain organized systems, and ensure smooth cross-functional collaboration.

  • Maintain exceptional attention to detail and uphold brand consistency across all deliverables.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.

  • 5+ years in brand, marketing, or campaign design — agency or in-house.

  • Proven experience concepting and executing holistic, multi-channel campaigns.

  • Expert-level Figma and Adobe Creative Suite skills.

  • Experience art directing photography and creating premium visual content.

  • Strong strategic thinking, able to define problems, build solutions, and connect the dots across teams.

  • Confident presenting work and selling through creative rationale.

  • Highly organized with solid project management skills; able to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

  • Thrives in a constantly evolving, sports-driven culture with tight timelines and high output.

  • Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable taking initiative.

  • Positive energy, a sense of ownership, and a collaborative spirit that makes the team better.
