WHO YOU ARE

We’re looking for a well-rounded Senior Brand Designer to join our Brand Design team, reporting into the Sr Manager, Corporate Design. You’ll create across a wide range of brand touchpoints–from events, tradeshows, and keynote presentations to eBooks, global campaigns, and product launches–while supporting the continued evolution of our core brand visual identity and assets.

You must be a self-starter with a can-do attitude. A designer who loves design exploration but also recognizes the realities of day-to-day work. You can manage your own projects in a timely manner, work with internal and external partners, and can present your work to stakeholders and explain your design thinking. You will create your work with a high attention to detail and craft.


WHAT YOU’LL DO
  • Design high-quality assets across a variety of media, including campaigns, events, web, presentations, and print

  • Work within the Brand Design team which is responsible for the creative and art direction of the company, deliver consistent brand design across digital, print, event, and presentation channels

  • Contribute to the expansion of our brand visual identity system, building and maintaining consistency across brand touchpoints

  • Collaborate with marketing, event, producers, production, content, motion and video teams to ensure cohesive brand expression and high-quality design outputs

  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously to ensure timely delivery

  • AI-Native Processes: Using Snowflake agentic AI products (CoCo, CoWork) conceptualize and build improvements and innovations within our workflows


WHAT YOU’LL BRING
  • 7-10 years of brand/graphic design experience, ideally in mid-to-large tech and creative agency environments

  • Mastery of and continued learning for industry-standard applications, including Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, PowerPoint, and Google Slides

  • Strong understanding and experience in developing and working within evolving brand systems

  • Systems-thinking with a collaborative and open mindset, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and comfort navigating ambiguity in a high-volume and fast-paced environment

  • Technical expertise preparing deliverables for digital, print, and large-scale formats

  • Ability to advocate for the work, including brief-building with stakeholders to define a project’s parameters, thoughtful discovery and problem-solving, and excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present work to diverse stakeholders

  • Portfolio that demonstrates exceptional craft and versatility across formats (digital, social, print, event, keynote), with clarity on your role in each

  • Natural curiosity around AI tools and processes — you want to jump in to conceptualize and build AI processes that support creative exploration, accelerate workflows, and push visual innovation


PREFERRED SKILLS AND EDUCATION
  • 10-15 years in design with proven impact at scale—ideally a mix of mid-to-large tech and creative agency experience

  • Bonus points for basic animation skills (Figma animation, etc.)

  • Experience with Wrike, Canva or Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)

  • Bachelor’s degree in Art, Graphic Design, Marketing Communications, or related field (or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience)
