We're looking for a senior content creator who thinks in film, produces like a one-person studio when needed, and knows when to bring in 3D, when to stay 2D, and when to let the machine surprise you. You've probably made things in the last year that didn't exist as a category three years ago. Good. That's what we want to see.
What this role is.You'll be a senior creative within an in-house brand team at a global fintech company (Nasdaq-listed, millions of users, international markets). You'll craft how our brand tells visual stories and you'll produce work on your terms, using AI as your primary instrument.
You're not here to make mood boards for someone else to execute. You're here to own the creative process. From zero to shipped, often with multiple workstreams running at once.
The work looks like:- Brand films and motion content built through AIGC pipelines
- Campaign visuals that start in Midjourney or Runway and end as polished, story-driven assets
- Social content that actually stops a scroll. Because you understand what makes someone feel something, not just see something
- Visual systems that scale across OOH, digital, OLV, and whatever format comes next
- 3D elements woven into content when the story benefits from depth, space, or world-building
- Product storytelling that takes complex fintech features and makes them land emotionally
You're a maker. You don't just concept. You produce. You've built a practice around making things with generative tools, and you've been doing it long enough to have opinions about what works and what doesn't.
You're a storyteller. Every piece of content you create has a narrative logic. You think about who's watching, what they feel, and where the story goes. You know a good edit from a lazy one. You have user empathy baked into your creative instinct. You're not making for other creatives. You're making for real people making real financial decisions.
You understand production. Not just the creative side — the timelines, pipelines, assets, versions, feedback loops, delivery specs. You can run a project or direct one. You juggle multiple workstreams without dropping quality, and you build systems so the next project runs smoother than the last.
You're cinematically inclined. You think in shots, sequences, pacing, and light. Even when you're working in AI, your output feels filmic, not mechanical.
You know 3D. Maybe not as your primary tool, but enough to build assets, stage environments, or integrate 3D into your generative workflows. Cinema 4D, Blender, Unreal — at least one is in your stack.
You're senior. 6–10+ years of experience. You've led projects, mentored people, and made real creative decisions under real constraints. Without crumbling under pressure.
You're fluent in English. This is a global team that makes work for international markets. Telling stories in English is the baseline, not a bonus.
You have marketing instinct. You're a creative, but you're not precious. You understand that the work has to perform, not just look good. You think about channels, audiences, and context as part of the creative problem, not as someone else's job.
You're curious about finance and investing. Not just because the job requires it, but because you actually find it interesting. The markets, the products, why people make the financial decisions they make.
RequirementsThe technical superpowers we're after
- Design & Art Direction: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma
- Motion & Film: After Effects, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve (or equivalent)
- 3D / Spatial: Cinema 4D, Blender, or similar (working knowledge)
- AIGC Tools: Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, DALL·E, Runway, Pika, Veo, ComfyUI, Stable Diffusion / video tools
We don't need you to be a master of all. No one probably is. We need you to be a master at telling stories using whatever combination gets you there.
Bonus points if:- You've worked in fintech, finance, or regulated industries
- You have a visible body of AIGC work. A channel, a feed, a reel, a Behance that makes people stop
- You've worked across markets and know that stories don't always translate 1:1
- You're part of the AIGC creative community championing the frontier forward
- You've taken a product story from "no one cares" to "everyone gets it"
- You have data sense. Not analytics-level, but enough to know what's working and adjust
Send your portfolio. Lead with your AIGC work. Show us what you've made, what story you were telling, and how you made it. We'll read your CV, but we'll spend more time on your reel.
If your best work doesn't exist yet because the tools just got good enough lately, then show us your last six months. That's the version of you we're hiring.
