We are seeking a creative and experienced Senior Board Product Development Engineer to join our Operations Engineering team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the successful release of NVIDIA’s board and system products to high-volume manufacturing.

What you'll be doing:

  • Product Release to Manufacturing: Play a key role in releasing NVIDIA-designed board and system products to high-volume manufacturing.

  • Early Planning and Coordination: Represent Product Operations Engineering during early manufacturing test solution planning and align stakeholders on production release requirements.

  • Define scalable manufacturing test architectures, methodologies, processes, and system requirements for board- and server-level products across ARM and x86 platforms.

  • Develop and qualify test strategies, fixtures, and equipment for new product features, validating hardware test solutions for production deployment.

  • Partner with Mechanical, Thermal, Test, Hardware Design, Software, and Quality Engineering teams to drive DFX initiatives and factory release requirements.

  • Support factory builds and production ramps by debugging board- and system-level issues, collaborating with internal teams and external manufacturing partners.

  • Monitor end-to-end manufacturing test verification from board to system level, analyze production data, identify risks, and drive corrective actions to ensure release readiness.

  • Drive continuous improvement through new manufacturing test technologies, process optimization, international factory supports, and mentoring/developing engineering talents.

What we need to see:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering or computer engineering – or equivalent experience

  • 8+ years of relevant experience.

  • Extensive experience in hardware design analysis, prototype bring-up, failure verification, and manufacturing test support.

  • Extensive experience in high-volume board and system manufacturing process verification.

  • Strong understanding of board and system manufacturing test processes, quality systems, and risk mitigation strategies.

  • Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate complex technical information clearly.

  • Demonstrated leadership skills with a track record of mentoring and developing engineering talent.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve manufacturing issues.

  • Able to travel to other countries for on-site factory product Builds supports (6 to 8 weeks per year)

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 168,000 USD - 258,750 USD for Level 4, and 200,000 USD - 322,000 USD for Level 5.

You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
