Job DescriptionAECOM EC (Enterprise Capabilities) está buscando un BIM Specialist II para trabajar en Bogotá, Colombia con experiencia en cableado estructurado, sistemas de voz y datos, telecomunicaciones y redes MEP para unirse a nuestro equipo en proyectos de alcance internacional. El rol se enfoca en el desarrollo de modelos 3D, documentación técnica y entregables BIM a partir de diseños en 2D, siguiendo las directrices del BEP de cada proyecto. El candidato trabajará en entornos colaborativos con equipos multidisciplinarios, aplicando metodologías BIM y asegurando el cumplimiento de altos estándares de calidad. Se requiere capacidad de interpretación técnica y adaptación a procesos globales dada a la naturaleza de los proyectos.
Estas son las responsabilidades para la posición, pero no son limitadas:
- Desarrollar modelos 3D y documentación técnica (planimetrías y entregables) a partir de planos 2D, asegurando precisión y cumplimiento del BEP del proyecto.
- Modelar sistemas de redes MEP, incluyendo componentes de Telecomunicaciones, tomas de voz y datos, racks y dispositivos de telecomunicaciones y la infraestructura asociada al sistema.
- Aplicar metodologías BIM de forma consistente, participando en procesos de coordinación con otros modeladores e ingenieros.
- Asegurar la calidad del modelado de acuerdo con los estándares internos de AECOM y las expectativas del cliente.
- Colaborar en proyectos internacionales, adaptándose a diferentes normativas y flujos de trabajo, especialmente en proyectos localizados en EE.UU., Canadá y otros países.
- Trabaja bajo supervisión general realizando tareas técnicas avanzadas utilizando una amplia variedad de recursos, incluyendo computadoras.
- Puede ser responsable de todo o parte de un proyecto.
- Puede capacitar y supervisar el flujo de trabajo.
Requisitos Mínimos:
- Título Técnico/ Tecnólogo + 4 años de experiencia demostrable.
- Experiencia generando modelos 3d, planimetrías, y entregables a través de la interpretación de diseños 2D.
- Manejo de programas como Revit, AutoCAD 2D y 3D.
- Conocer de modelado de redes MEP, (tuberías, canalizaciones, gabinetes, accesorios o periféricos o equipamiento) sistemas de telecomunicaciones
- Conocer metodologías BIM.
Requisitos deseables:
- +6 con experiencia demostrable.
- Experiencia en diseño de Telecomunicaciones (Datacenter)
- Nivel intermedio de inglés, escrito y hablado.

Skills Required
- Technical or technologist degree
- At least 4 years of demonstrable professional experience
- Experience creating 3D models, technical drawings, and deliverables by interpreting 2D designs
- Proficiency with Revit
- Proficiency with AutoCAD 2D and 3D
- Knowledge of MEP network modeling, including piping, conduits, cabinets, accessories, peripherals, or equipment
- Knowledge of telecommunications systems
- Knowledge of BIM methodologies
- More than 6 years of demonstrable experience
- Experience designing telecommunications systems for data centers
- Intermediate written and spoken English
