Specialist, Implementation
Overview
• Lead processing implementation projects of a technical and non-technical nature during the planning, execution, implementation and post-implementation phases.• Deliver standard implementation activities ensuring quality and reliability of the implementations.• Can you effectively identify the consumers' needs?• Are you able to handle multiple projects?• Are you self-driven and motivated to create efficiency in different projects?
Role
• Provides end-to-end project execution throughout processing implementation projects • Assess and document customer needs and according implementation activities. Act promptly on issues during project execution, in order to determine possible solutions and responsibles.• Drive customer processing implementation projects of electronic payments processing business activities following the global project coordination methodology. • Identify appropriate processing implementation support documentation (contracts, agreements, forms etc...) to be provided by customers and guide them through applicable MasterCard processing rules, specification and documentation.• Handle multiple customer processing implementation projects in parallel.• Serve as the main point of contact with internal areas (Franchising, Legal, Product specialists, Finance) for projects with no Customer Delivery participation.
All About You
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Exact Sciences or Business• PMP certification from PMI (or equivalent) desired• Strong technical knowledge (networks, communication protocols, hardware/software platforms, testing environments)• Ability to understand business requirements and match them with technical implementation aspects.• Ability to interact well with customers• Good project management skills• Ability to work as a part of a cross functional team
