Applications are now invited to fill the following vacancy in the Customer Operations Department of our Customer Success & Experience Group (CSE). The candidate is required to carry out major duties as follows:
- Maintain the accuracy and integrity of financial records by reconciling and updating the general ledger for a range of transactions, such as posting and clearing payment collections, refunds, bank charges, and other related activities
- Review the customer payment journey and examine the distinct characteristics, behaviors, and preferences of various customer segments to determine the priority for collection activities
- Assist in handling incoming correspondences to ensure prompt and effective responses to customer requests, inquiries, and complaints
- Facilitate effective collaboration and communication between internal stakeholders and external customers to drive ongoing enhancements in service excellence
- Identify system requirements for new initiatives and plan, schedule, organize and conduct system user acceptance tests to achieve and deliver accurate, timely and effective results
- Support data migration activities during ERP transformation, including data validation, reconciliation, and issue investigation, to ensure accuracy and completeness of data being migrated
- Support other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma holder or above in business administration, data analytics, accounting or related discipline is desirable
- At least 3 years’ relevant working experience
- Able to deal with internal and external customers’ enquiries / complaints in a sensible and professional manner
- A team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills, customer-oriented, self-motivated and committed
- Good language skills in English and Chinese. Putonghua would be desirable.
- Good computer knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Experience in SAP/Oracle, data analytics and/or system automation are preferable
- Experience of supporting system migration, ERP transformation, testing (SIT/UAT), or data quality initiatives is preferred
- Proficiency in SQL or Python is considered an advantage
Skills Required
- Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Information Systems, Project Management, or a related discipline
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in project coordination, business analysis, operations support, billing, credit management, payment operations, or customer operations
- Experience with system testing, including SIT, UAT, or defect follow-up
- Understanding of payment, credit control, billing, or customer operations processes
- Experience with Oracle or SAP
- Experience with ERP implementation, data migration, or process improvement projects
- Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks under tight timelines and work under pressure
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Data analytics or system automation experience
