Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related quantitative field.
5–8+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or related roles.
Advanced SQL proficiency, including complex query development, data validation, and performance optimization.
Proficiency in Python or an equivalent analytics/programming language (e.g., R) for data analysis, automation, and reporting.
Experience with data warehousing concepts, dimensional modeling, and ETL/ELT processes.
Experience translating business questions into measurable metrics and analytical frameworks.
Proven ability to communicate insights and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in asset management or financial services.
Experience with Snowflake and modern cloud-based analytics platforms.
Experience supporting product analytics, operational analytics, growth analytics, or strategic business initiatives.
