Your role:

• Build and maintain operational and product Key Performance Indicator (KPI) definitions based on high-level business requirements. Leverage your in-depth understanding of the existing data warehouse structure and content to ensure accurate and meaningful KPIs.
• Generate data-backed actionable insights that drive informed and strategic business decisions.
• Support team members and stakeholders by providing clear documentation and the ability to explain metrics, dimensions, and KPIs in a concise and understandable manner.
• Ensure data consistency and accuracy by defining and executing QA automation and reconciliation processes, guaranteeing reliable and trustworthy data.
• Generate insightful reports from the data warehouse using visual reporting tools or direct queries, enabling stakeholders to make informed decisions.
• Develop analytical and statistical data models to provide comprehensive research and valuable insights aligned with high-level business requirements.
• Translate business needs into technical requirements for reporting or data warehouse enhancements, bridging the gap between business objectives and technical implementation.
• Train stakeholders on how to effectively use self-service Business Intelligence (BI) tools, empowering them to access and interpret data independently.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including executives, product managers, and engineers, to address data-related issues and fulfill their data requirements.
• Create data tools for business departments that facilitate the building and optimization of our product, positioning us as an innovative industry leader.

To excel within our team, you should possess:

• A robust data analytical background, enabling you to handle complex data analysis tasks with confidence.
• Proficiency in using BI reporting tools, (preferably Tableau), to present data in a visually compelling and user-friendly manner.
• Experience in defining requirements for software or data engineers, ensuring effective communication and alignment between teams.
• Expertise in designing and executing SQL queries, mapping and reconciling data sources, and troubleshooting data issues, ensuring data integrity.
• The ability to perform root cause analysis on business results and processes based on collected data, deriving actionable insights to drive improvements.
• Proven experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment, showcasing adaptability and teamwork skills.
• Familiarity with banking, financial, and/or crypto Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and concepts, which allows you to quickly grasp and address industry-specific requirements.
• Knowledge or experience in statistical and data modeling techniques is considered a plus.
