Job Responsibility

    • Independently configure and implement new pension plans using the Milliman Pension Calculation System.
    • Provide ongoing support for production issues, bug fixes, and system enhancements, including new plan amendments.
    • Develop, optimize, and troubleshoot complex SQL queries to support business requirements and improve system performance.
    • Lead plan-level discussions with counterpart, documenting requirements, observations, and action items.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and timely implementation.
    • Design and execute unit, integration, and regression testing to ensure system quality and accuracy.
    • Continuously learn and apply new technologies to enhance business processes and system capabilities.

Desired qualification and experience

    • B. Tech/MCA/Graduate in Computer Science
    • Knowledge of the Defined Benefits (DB) domain is preferred.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Ability to learn new technologies and adapt to changing business requirements.
    • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
    • Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
