About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Benefits Analyst to join our Europe Total Rewards team on permanent basis. This role is ideal for a professional with 5–7 years of progressive experience in benefits, total rewards , or compensation and benefits who is passionate about employee well-being and eager to contribute to the management, governance, and continuous improvement of our benefits programs.

You will be responsible for managing a range of benefit programs across designated countries in the Europe region, ensuring they remain competitive, compliant, and aligned with employee needs and business goals.

The role also involves supporting benefits harmonisation and integration projects across the region, contributing to a more unified and efficient benefits landscape. Fluency in English is required, as the role involves cross-country collaboration and communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Benefits Design & Governance

  • Assist in developing and refining benefits strategies aligned with company goals and employee needs.
  • Support the design and rollout of new benefits programs and enhancements to existing offerings.
  • Conduct market research and benchmarking to ensure competitiveness and relevance.
  • Stay informed on legislative changes and assist in implementing necessary updates.

Broker & Vendor Management

  • Assist in managing relationships with benefits brokers, vendors, and service providers.
  • Support contract reviews, performance evaluations, and issue resolution.
  • Help coordinate broker and vendor meetings and maintain service quality standards.

Communication & Employee Engagement

  • Help develop clear and engaging communication materials (e.g., brochures, guides, FAQs).
  • Support benefits enrollment campaigns and employee education efforts.
  • Gather employee feedback to improve benefits offerings and satisfaction.

Budgeting & Financial Analysis

  • Track and analyze benefits-related expenses and trends.
  • Assist in forecasting and reporting to support financial planning.

Data Analysis

  • Collect and analyze data on benefits utilization and program effectiveness.
  • Provide insights to optimize benefits offerings and employee experience.

Benefits Harmonisation & Integration

  • Support regional projects aimed at harmonising and integrating benefits programs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and align offerings with company standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5–7 years of experience in total rewards, compensation, or benefits management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required.
  • Proficiency in Excel and HRIS systems.

Contract Details

  • Work type: Remote
  • Duration: Permanent contract
  • Schedule: Full-time, 8 hours/day, Monday-Friday
  • Eligibility: Must be authorized to work in Romania
  • Compensation: fixed salary and benefits, annual bonus
