- Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and RESTful API development.
- Experience with IAM concepts such as SSO, OAuth 2.0, and OpenID Connect.
- Expertise in API-related technologies, including JSON, REST, Swagger, and tools such as Postman.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Bitbucket.
- Knowledge of AWS is a plus.
- Strong understanding of relational databases.
Collaboration and Leadership:
- Actively participate in Agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives).
- Contribute to team-wide continuous improvement initiatives.
Technical Problem Solving:
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues across the backend stack.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment processes.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with microservices architecture.
- Certifications in Java, or cloud technologies.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field with at least 4 years experience or equivalent work experience that provides exposure to fundamental theories, principles, and concepts.
- Significant experience in software development, including architecture and design.
- Expertise in specific areas, such as databases, networking, or security.
- Mentorship and code review experience, with a focus on best practices.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective coordination and stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to identify issues quickly and develop effective solutions.
