Requirements
Must Have
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Economics, or another relevant discipline.
- At least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with hands-on involvement in customer research, requirements analysis, business documentation, and collaboration with development and testing teams.
- Strong customer research and analytical capabilities, with the ability to quickly identify key issues and synthesize information effectively.
- Proven ability to prepare business documentation, translate business needs into clear functional requirements, and provide training or guidance to relevant stakeholders.
Nice to Have
- Experience working with SaaS products, enterprise software, or platforms serving multiple organizations is highly preferred.
- Experience with digital signature or electronic signing products is considered a strong advantage.
- Good time-management skills and the ability to communicate and coordinate effectively across multiple stakeholders.
