Our client is a leading technology company who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.
- Conduct research and gather business requirements from customers, end users, and relevant stakeholders.
- Analyze and consolidate collected information into detailed and structured business requirement documentation.
- Clarify business problems, identify existing pain points, and recommend solutions that address actual customer needs while aligning with the product’s development direction.
- Develop and maintain business documentation, including User Stories, Use Cases, Business Rules, and other relevant specifications.
- Work closely with Product, UI/UX, Development, and Quality Control teams to align requirements, review solution designs, and ensure features are delivered according to the agreed scope and business objectives.
- Support software testing and business quality assurance activities before product release or handover.
- Collect and analyze user feedback and operational issues to continuously improve product functionality and optimize the overall user experience.
Requirements
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or another relevant discipline.
Experience
- At least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role involving product or market research.
- Practical experience communicating and working directly with customers, partners, or other external stakeholders.
- Experience working with AI-based products or solutions is considered an advantage.
Professional Knowledge
- Basic understanding of business operations, organizational processes, and common enterprise workflows.
- Good understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle and the role of Business Analysis throughout the product development process.
- Familiarity with common software requirement documents, including PRD, SRS, Use Cases, and User Stories.
Skills
- Proficiency with common BA and product collaboration tools such as Jira, Figma, diagramming tools, or equivalent platforms.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to quickly understand and clarify business problems.
- Strong capabilities in information gathering, synthesis, requirements analysis, and documentation.
Personal Attributes
- Detail-oriented and careful in handling business requirements and documentation.
- Highly responsible with a strong commitment to delivery timelines and work quality.
- Able to perform effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
