Required Experience: 05 - 07 Years.
Required Experience:
5-7 years of experience in software testing.
Strong expertise in UI and API automation testing using Selenium or Playwright with Java (Playwright will provide an advantage).
Solid understanding of object-oriented programming and automation framework design principles.
Hands-on experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
Proficiency in Git, Jira and qTest (or equivalent tools).
Experience integrating automation frameworks with CI/CD pipelines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities/Skills Required
Good knowledge of Java and OO software design principles.
Experience with TDD, BDD, Gherkin and Cucumber.
Define and drive QA strategy, test plans and automation standards.
Review test cases, scripts and defect reports; track automation coverage and quality metrics.
Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills across manual and automated testing, including defect root-cause analysis and CI/CD pipeline failures.
Collaborate with Dev, Product, and DevOps for seamless delivery.
Working knowledge of Linux/Unix OS and Maven build lifecycle.
Experience with CI/CD practices and tools (Jenkins, Docker).
Good analysis and problem-solving skills.
Experience with Maven and the build lifecycle.
Good to have: a scripting language (Bash, Python) and performance/monitoring tools (Prometheus, Gatling, JMeter).
