As a Senior Auditor, you will play a critical role in strengthening Hansen’s global compliance and risk assurance framework.
- Ensure adherence to ISO, SOC, and ISAE standards across global operations
- Challenge audit scopes, assumptions, and evidence to ensure real value
- Protect customer trust through strong compliance practices
- Identify risks early and drive mitigation strategies
- Influence process improvement and operational excellence
This role goes beyond audit execution, you will actively own audit integrity and challenge outcomes, not just coordinate them.
- Lead and execute internal audits for ISO9001:2015, ISO27001:2022, SOC1, SOC2, and ISAE3402
- Perform risk-based audits across full product lifecycle, IT systems, and processes
- Ensure continued certification for ISO standards and SOC reports
- Liaise with external auditors and manage evidence reviews and follow-ups
- Prepare audit reports with clear findings, risks, and recommendations
- Advise management on compliance gaps and remediation strategies
- Collaborate with global teams to ensure audit readiness
- Drive continuous improvement by implementing lessons learned from audits
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Computer Science, or related field
- 7–8 years of experience in IT audit, compliance, or risk assurance
- Strong experience in ISO9001:2015 and ISO27001:2022 audits
- Hands-on experience in SOC1 and SOC2 audits
- Knowledge of ISAE3402 and COSO principles
- Understanding of ITGC, SDLC, Agile, DevOps, and ITIL
- Professional certifications (CISA, ISO Lead Auditor) preferred
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and communication skills
