This Senior Audience Solutions role is an exciting opportunity to blend technical expertise, strategic thinking, and client-facing skills at the forefront of the programmatic landscape. In this position, you will focus on supporting publishers and platforms with Samba TV’s ACR data, ensuring data segments are seamlessly provided to partners, including publishers, SSPs, and DSPs. The role involves fulfilling and growing demand for Samba TV’s data, analyzing delivery and performance, and collaborating with clients to deliver innovative data solutions. The ideal candidate will excel in technical platforms and tools, be data-driven, and demonstrate creativity in providing strategic recommendations that meet partner needs.
This role requires a balance of technical aptitude, analytical expertise, and interpersonal skills to enhance Samba TV’s partnerships and drive the success of data integrations.
Responsibilities
- Support publishers and platforms with data requests, ensuring seamless segment delivery and utilization.
- Fulfill and grow demand for Samba TV’s data among publishers, SSPs, and DSPs by building strong relationships and providing tailored solutions.
- Analyze data delivery and performance to identify insights and recommendations that improve results for partners.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Business Development, Product, and Partner Development) to align strategy and execute innovative data solutions.
- Develop and maintain best practices for data delivery, troubleshooting, and programmatic operations.
- Serve as a client-facing expert on Samba TV’s data products, providing training, support, and recommendations to maximize partner success.
- Contribute to strategy and creative thinking to deliver the best data recommendations for partners’ campaigns and business goals.
- Monitor and adapt to industry trends, ensuring compliance with evolving CTV and programmatic standards.
- Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts, upsell, and drive incremental revenue
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in programmatic/digital advertising, preferably with sell-side experience at a publisher or platform
- Strong understanding of ad tech, SSPs, DSPs, and DMPs (Springserve, Magnite, Freewheel, Xandr, Pubmatic, OpenX)
- Experience with audience strategy strongly preferred
- Proven track record of building and maintaining strategic partnerships with publishers, platforms, brands, and agencies
- Proficiency in data analysis & visualization tools (Excel, Datorama/MCI, Tableau, SQL)
- Experience with project management and CRM tools (Jira, Salesforce, Asana, etc)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Problem solver at heart with strong project and time management skills
- Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills
- BA/BS with industry emphasis or related experience
