Primary Purpose of the role:
- Process begins when the Contractual documents (Contract Copies, Pricing Documents) for Federal customers are being submitted by sales through Salesforce. The Account Setup team then reviews the contractual documents for further processing. If everything looks good for processing then the customer account gets set up in the ERP system along with the pricing details of their services. The setup process gets completed once the Orbit request has been closed from our end.
- The process also involves submitting the invoices via web portal and invoicing customers on their special projects.
- Process also involves performing demographic changes for the Federal
Customers - The position is challenging - it requires multitasking abilities, being flexible to change, solid contract management skills, Sound reading comprehension of emails, strong system skills, reliability, excellent keyboarding skills and interpersonal ability with good oral and written communication.
Key Areas of Responsibility
- Examine all relevant information/inquiry received through sales force from internal stakeholders and determine if all the required documents have been submitted to create the new customer account.
- Communicate effectively with company employees regarding proper required information and instructing them on proper procedures required for setting up the account.
- Provide excellent support to the inside and outside sales team & Have regular follow up on the pending cases for faster turn around
