About the Role:

  • Manage and monitor residential, commercial, township, and mixed-use real estate projects.

  • Review development regulations, statutory approvals, and building approval processes.

  • Prepare project cost estimates, BOQs, budgets, and cash flow projections.

  • Conduct site visits to monitor project progress, quality, safety, and compliance.

  • Review construction schedules, contracts, procurement status, and bill certifications.

  • Monitor project financials, including sales MIS, collections, escrow accounts, and deal covenants.

  • Evaluate project risks and provide recommendations for effective project execution.

  • Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.

  • Ensure adherence to quality standards, environmental, and safety regulations.

  • Support end-to-end execution of assignments while maintaining high-quality deliverables and process efficiency.

About you:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture; MBA in Construction Management or Real Estate preferred.

  • 2–3 years of experience in project management, construction monitoring, or bill certification within the Indian real estate sector.

  • Strong understanding of construction project management principles and real estate development.

  • Excellent analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to analyze and interpret complex business and financial data.

  • Strong project management, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

  • Hands-on experience with project planning tools such as MSP (Microsoft Project) and/or Primavera.

  • Knowledge of financial concepts related to project budgeting, cost estimation, and cash flow analysis.

  • Willingness to work full-time from project sites as required.
