Expression of Interest
Senior Associate – U.S. Immigration Attorney, Latin America
Fragomen is inviting expressions of interest from experienced U.S. immigration attorneys interested in possible future Senior Associate opportunities within the Fragomen Consular Practice (FCP) in Latin America.

The successful candidate would help develop and strengthen FCP’s presence across Latin America, working closely with regional offices, global FCP leadership and U.S. domestic teams. The role would include building team capability, embedding consistent service and quality standards, supporting strategic client relationships and identifying opportunities for growth across the region.

- Be a U.S.-licensed attorney with a minimum of five years’ post-qualification experience.
- Have substantive U.S. immigration experience; consular processing experience is strongly preferred.

- Be willing to relocate to a location in Latin America.
