Job Description:

• Collaborate with the pre-sales team to validate the scope of work and ensure alignment with Office 365 best practices.
• Lead the implementation of Office 365 services including Exchange Online, Windows10/11, DLP, EMS and Microsoft Defender (MDO, MDE)
• Plan and execute complex migration projects from on-premises or third-party platforms to Office 365.
• Design and deliver scalable, secure, and compliant Office 365 solutions.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis for Office 365-related issues.
• Develop technical documentation, implementation plans, and post-deployment support materials.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers, providing technical leadership and knowledge sharing.

Qualification:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Office 365 implementation and migration projects.
• Deep understanding of Microsoft 365 architecture and services.
• Strong expertise in Exchange Online, OneDrive, EMS, Windows10/11 and Microsoft Defender.
• Proficient in PowerShell scripting for Office 365 automation and configuration.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server and Active Directory Domain Services.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a structured and analytical approach.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Willingness to work outside regular office hours when required.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert, MS-500, or SC-100) are highly preferred.
