Synopsis of the role :

Responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with our BFSI clients. Role is centered around ensuring the long-term success and satisfaction of these clients, often by delivering solutions and be available to assist them.

What you’ll do

  • Be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with customers.
  • Help customers through email, phone, online presentations, screen-share and in person meetings.
  • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors.
  • Explain value proposition of company’s product & services. Undertaking market research to determine key decision makers.
  • Maximizing the Business Opportunities and Revenue on Key Accounts.
  • Develop alliances and partnerships and drive channels sales in the assigned region.
  • Maintain a healthy pipeline.

What experience you need

  • Work location of this role - Mumbai
  • You should have experience of more than 2 years in working with Bureau Industry.
  • You should have overall experience of 4 years in BFSI segment.
  • Effective negotiation skills and proven sales record of successfully closing the deals.
  • Hands on in writing proposals and presentation skills.
  • Ability to generate independent leads.
  • You should have Graduate degree.
