Job Title: Senior Associate
Function: Sales Force Effectiveness
Experience Required: 2.5+ years - US pharma commercial analytics / SFE.
US Pharma Domain: Mandatory
Location: India (Remote)

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience
  • 2.5+ years of hands-on experience in US pharma commercial analytics, SFE, or a closely related function - mandatory
  • Demonstrated record of delivering HCP/HCO targeting and/or universe sizing outputs in the US pharmaceutical market.
  • Direct experience with at least 2 of the following datasets: Xponent, claims data (medical/pharmacy), DDD, 867/852, specialty pharmacy, or shipment/wholesaler data.
  • Experience working within or alongside field-facing commercial teams (brand, sales, commercial operations)
Technical Skills
  • SQL (Must have) - proficient in complex queries: joins, aggregations, window functions, CTEs
  • Excel (Must have) - advanced level for ad-hoc analysis and stakeholder-facing outputs.
  • Python (Good to have)- data processing using pandas and numpy; scikit-learn exposure is a plus.
Domain Knowledge
  • Strong understanding of the US pharmaceutical commercial ecosystem - Rx data flows, HCP profiling, payer, and channel dynamics
  • Familiarity with therapeutic area concepts, treatment pathways, and prescribing dynamics in at least one of: Oncology, Immunology, Cardiovascular, Neurology, Rare Disease, or Primary Care
  • Understanding commercial dataset structures, their limitations, and how they inform targeting decisions.
Communication & Ways of Working
  • Effective communication skills - comfortable presenting to brand teams, field leadership, and senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple deliverables in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
GOOD-TO-HAVE SKILLS
  • Sales force alignment experience - territory design, workload balancing, call planning principles.
  • Alignment tools: AlignPlus, ProAlign, or equivalent
  • Specialty pharmacy workflows, hub services, and patient services data
  • KOL / medical affairs analytics or scientific engagement measurement

Skills Required

  • 2.5+ years of hands-on experience in US pharma commercial analytics or SFE
  • Demonstrated record of delivering HCP/HCO targeting outputs in the US pharmaceutical market
  • Direct experience with at least 2 of the specified datasets
  • Proficient in SQL for complex queries
  • Advanced Excel skills
