Sales Analyst & POS Planning

Location: Budapest

We are looking for a detail‑oriented and proactive Sales Analyst & POS Planning to support sales execution excellence across Central Europe. This role sits at the intersection of commercial operations, analytics, and execution, playing a key role in enabling effective promotional planning, POS coordination, and business insights.

Based in Budapest, the role offers broad exposure to FMCG commercial processes and close collaboration with Sales, Customer Marketing, and Supply Chain teams in a dynamic, international environment.

About the Role

You’ll support how our brands show up in‑store by coordinating POS activities, supporting promotional planning, and delivering sales insights that help teams make better decisions. It’s a great opportunity to gain hands‑on exposure to FMCG commercial execution in a truly cross‑functional environment.
You will help ensure that plans are executed accurately and on time, while continuously improving ways of working across functions.

This is a hands‑on role with strong visibility into how commercial decisions are translated into in‑market execution.

You will be part of a collaborative commercial operations environment that works closely with local and regional Sales, Customer Marketing, and Supply Chain teams. The team plays a critical role in turning strategy into execution, ensuring alignment, transparency, and operational excellence across Central Europe.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate projects related to repacked products and display materials, ensuring smooth execution

  • Support the internal “One List” process, including promotional SKU creation and maintenance

  • Work with Marketing and external suppliers to manage POS material production and distribution

  • Prepare regular and ad‑hoc sales reports, analyses, and presentations

  • Maintain sales databases, listing data sheets, and related documentation

  • Support Sales Managers with insights on business performance and execution

  • Track timelines, follow up with stakeholders, and ensure promotional activities are delivered on time

  • Contribute to cross‑functional projects and process improvement initiatives

Experience You’ll Bring

  • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams

  • Fluent English, written and spoken

  • Experience working with data, reporting, or commercial processes in a fast‑paced environment (FMCG experience is an advantage)
