Job Summary
Aprio is seeking a Senior Associate to join our RFH Outsourcing practice within the Client Accounting Services team. In this role, you will support a portfolio of complex clients by preparing financial statements, delivering tax services, and providing strategic financial consulting. You will develop direct client relationships while working in a collaborative environment that values precision, professional growth, and meaningful client impact. Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and write up full monthly work for complex client engagements
  • Communicate with team members to identify and resolve missing items for monthly work
  • Calculate, review, and analyze financial ratios to support client decision-makingComplete complex business and personal tax returns with accuracy and efficiency
  • Begin building client relationships and lead discussions around open items
  • Collaborate on income tax projections, cash flow projections, and buy/sell transactions
  • Work independently with minimal review on assigned workUnderstand and communicate engagement priorities effectively across the team
  • Meet budget and realization goals for client engagements and team deliverables

Candidate Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in public or private accounting required
  • Experience with financial statement and tax return preparation requiredPrior experience in public accounting strongly preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, finance, or a related field strongly preferred
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Effective collaborator with strong interpersonal and communication skills, both internally and with clients
  • Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced, client-driven environment
  • Critical thinking and analytical problem-solving skillsAbility to learn and leverage new software and technologies to drive firm efficiency
